How far in advance should I book my Komodo tour?
We recommend you to book Komodo tour as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Since trips are first-come, first-served, we can only confirm your slot after a 50% deposit is made. If someone else books before you do, we’ll notify you right away.
Can I customize my Komodo tour itinerary?
Absolutely. Whether you’re planning a private Komodo tour or a one day speedboat trip, we can tailor the route to match your vibe. Just tell us your preferred destinations, and we’ll help you build the perfect itinerary.
What is included in each Sundazed tour package?
Each package includes round-trip speedboat transfers from Labuan Bajo, snorkel gear, lunch, guide, and all entrance tickets to Komodo National Park. For a complete breakdown, check the package pages or contact us with any extra requests.
What are the payment terms & cancellation policies?
Our Komodo cancellation policy is simple. A 50% deposit confirms your trip, and the rest is paid in cash on the day. You’ll get a full refund if canceled 14+ days before your booking. Under 14 days, it’s non-refundable, but we allow free rescheduling if done at least 2 weeks in advance — subject to availability.
Do you offer bookings from 3rd-party platforms?
You can book your Komodo tour directly with us or through trusted platforms like Airbnb and GetYourGuide. Direct bookings often come with better flexibility — especially for custom trips.
What should I pack for a Komodo speedboat tour?
For your Labuan Bajo tour, bring sunscreen, towel, swimsuit, dry bag, reef-safe sunscreen, flip flops, motion sickness meds (if needed), and cash in small bills for extra snacks or souvenirs.
Is travel insurance required or included?
Travel insurance isn’t included in our Komodo speedboat info pack — but we do recommend getting your own, especially if you’re traveling internationally or planning to dive.
Will I definitely see Komodos, Mantas, or Turtles?
